Optimize Process Heating with Powerblanket's Advanced Temperature Controllers
Temperature and process heating controllers play a critical role in industrial process heating applications. In fact, having a controller that works for your specific process systems makes all the difference in an operation’s efficiency and success. That’s why Powerblanket makes it easy to control heating in your processes with our line of process heating controllers for optimal temperature control.
Since not all processes in manufacturing and production are the same, we ensure that we provide specific solutions that appropriately fit process temperature control. Furthermore, process temperature maintenance requires the best controllers to perform at the highest level while remaining simple to use and delivering results. Whether you need an industrial temperature controller, PID temperature controller, or an SCR power controller, Powerblanket has the right solution for you.
Additionally, Powerblanket’s temperature and heater controllers align with our goal of offering complete thermal solutions, regardless of the application or industry. From electric heater control panels to heating control panels and solid-state relay systems, we provide solutions to problems using the highest-quality materials and offering the fastest turnaround time possible.

Here’s a quick FAQ on temperature controllers:
Q: What is a temperature controller, and how does it work?
A: A temperature controller monitors process temperature levels, receiving data from temperature sensors along the system. In response to this data, the temperature controller manipulates the temperature output, the system stays heated within a predetermined set range of degrees.
Q: How many types of temp controllers are there?
A: There are three main types of temperature controllers: temperature controls, heat trace control panels, and process heart control panels.
Temperature Controls
We design temp controllers to control small individual heating applications. They’re pretty simple: one individual heater controls a heat load, requiring 120-277V AC and up to 22 amps. These controllers come ready to use out of the box and are easy to set up.
Heat Trace Control Panel
We specifically design HeatTrace control panels to manage heat trace processes. You can design PowerTrace panels for freeze protection or configure them to protect your processes one line at a time via line sensing or individual circuit control.
Process Heat Control Panels
Process heaters require a specific type of control panel. The PowerPro process heat control panel systems are designed for your individual process heaters.
Starting with a standard control panel design, we can add or remove features to fit your application.
Standard features include PID temperature control, FM Approved safety limit control, contactor, SSR or SCR power control, MOD Bus/TCPIP, Profibus or wireless sensing and control.
