Powerblanket’s 250-gallon tote heaters provide advanced, even heating for 250-gallon IBC totes—ideal for freeze protection, chemical storage, and viscosity control. Designed for easy installation, these tote heaters distribute uniform heat across the entire 250-gallon container surface, preventing hot and cold spots. As a result, this feature helps maintain your materials at optimal thermal levels, thereby avoiding unnecessary product transfer between storage and heating containers. Additionally, each tote heater can be equipped with an adjustable or an IoT smart thermostat.

Thermal Class Ratings

250-gallon tote heaters come in two voltages: 120 volts and 240 volts. Choose between two different thermal rating classes:

  • Powerblanket – designed for any definitive heating applications, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F
  • Powerblanket Xtreme – designed for harsh climates, surrounded by a rugged vinyl shell in a wraparound design with a removable top, safely raises material temperatures as high as 145 F and can be used in temperatures as low as -20 F

Additionally,  these models come in a full-wrap, insulated, water-resistant design with cinch straps to ensure a snug fit. Importantly, all 250-gallon tote heaters are ETL certified to UL, CSA, and CE standards, ensuring safety and reliability.
